Club Description for Telus Theatre

Telus Theatre

A new cutting edge technology theatre was born in April of 2008 in the theatre district of Montreal. This hall can welcome up to 1200 people per event, year round, and offers an area of about 12 000 square feet. The idea for this new theatre was that of the Laberge Group when the Spectrum was closed in 2007.

The Laberge Group is a family business working in the entertainment and Quebec cultural environments since the 1970s. They are the owners of the cabaret theatre Le Dagobert in Quebec City, LaMouche nightclub in Montreal, and has held events in many large venues in the capital.

Located in the old Berri cinema, at 1280 Saint-Denis, the TELUS Theatre is equipped with the most recent technology in lighting and sound, offering first class acoustics. A full television production and broadcasting studio is directly integrated.

The TELUS Theatre, with its mezzanine, offers a versatile and multifunctional space which can easily be adapted to the particular needs of different artistic productions and corporate events of all types.
